During the past few weeks, storms have left a lot of debris in the city of Chesapeake VA property management. Residents have no reason to worry though, because the property managers and the city government are here to assist everyone in clearing out the debris left by the storms. The Public Communications Department of Chesapeake has recently announced its storm clean-up and debris collection, which will continue for the next few weeks. The said program will be implemented whenever a storm has left a huge amount of mess in the community. Residents are encouraged to schedule a clean-up request at the city's website. Tenants can also request their property managers for assistance regarding debris removal; and report house damage caused by the storm. Fallen leaves must be gathered immediately to prevent blockage in the drain systems. It is also recommended that all debris should be piled at the curbside, and must be kept away from mailboxes, telephone poles, ditches, and road lanes. Moreover, the city clean-up team also requests that leaves, smaller tree limbs and branches be placed in clear plastic bags for organized segregation. All debris must be lined up in a single pile, for faster handling and collection.
